论李秉德先生的治学思想

［摘　要］　我国当代著名教育家李秉德先生在自己的学术活动及人才培养过程中，智慧而艺术地展示了他丰富的治学思想，主要包括“冷板凳”坐成“热板凳”、见识与知识同等重要、理论联系实际、个体与团队合作等方面的治学思想。总结李秉德先生的治学思想，不仅在于进一步完善其教育思想，而且在于将李秉德先生的教育思想贯彻到现实的教育实践中去。

Study on Li Bingde's Thoughts for Academic Research

Abstract： Professor Li Bingde's thoughts for academic research have been creatively and artistically displayed in his academic activities and during the process of cultivating the senior talents in education research field. Four aspects have constituted Li Bingde's thoughts for academic research：persistence， the equal importance between experience and knowledge， linking theory with practice， the combination of individual brilliance and team work. To sum up Li Bingde's thoughts for academic research is not only to perfect his educational thoughts， but also carry out his educational thoughts in the practice of educational activities.
